ONLINE COMPOSITION WORKSHOP FOR KABK SvJT

Rewire education's final workshop before the summer vacation was held in the Hague's Royal Academy of the Arts with a group of students from the school for young talent. This workshop was taught by Enio Ramalho from Watch That Sound. Students worked in duos to create audio compositions for a video work; creating a soundtrack for the animation that complimented and sometimes contrasted the images. Student's made use of Watch That Sound's online audio software as well as their google extension which allows you to record sounds from online instruments like the classic 808 drum-computer. Rewire educatie's laatste workshop vóór de zomervakantie werd gehouden in de Koninklijke Academie voor de Kunsten in Den Haag met een groep leerlingen van de school voor jong talent. Deze workshop werd gegeven door Enio Ramalho van Watch That Sound. Leerlingen werkten in duo's om audio composities te maken voor een videowerk; een soundtrack maken voor de animatie die de afbeeldingen complimenteerde en soms in contrast stelde. Leerlingen gebruikte Watch That Sound's online audiosoftware en google-extension/app waarmee je geluiden van online instrumenten zoals de klassieke 808-drumcomputer direct kunt opnemen.
